Why I created this sacred journey…
During my crystal massage case studies, something kept revealing itself to me.
As I sat with each soul, witnessing them, listening to them on a human and soul level, I kept feeling this gentle but persistent knowing.
One session might bring relaxation. The crystals might share their messages. The body might soften. But what if we could continue walking alongside each other?
I found myself thinking: “If we could do a consciousness journey together, I’d love to explore this with them more deeply. And what if, before that journey, we prepared and aligned the physical and spiritual bodies with crystal healing, so the knowledge could flow easily during the consciousness journey? We can then flow into integration with stone elixirs.”
That’s when I realised, all my wise women magic and skills, offered over a period of time, could create something profoundly transformative.
Nine Months.
The sacred timeframe for human birthing.
The transformation could be lovingly held and witnessed, without rush, without pressure, without demands. Just easeful devotion to oneself.
Not separate services. Not a menu. But a weaving. A sacred spiral where each modality supported the others.
I also remembered my own consciousness training. When learning unfolded over months, the rememberings built upon each other, little bits over little bits, so we could integrate and process without overwhelm. Our spirit teams look after us and know the level and depth of remembering that is kind, considerate, and loving.
One-off sessions are wonderful and transformative. I’ll always offer them in some way.
But devoted presence and energy over 9 months? That’s where something pre-ordained becomes truth.
Not because I’m ‘doing more’ to you.
But because you’re being witnessed long enough to remember more of yourself.
That’s what called this container into being.

p.s. What My Parents Taught Me About Sacred Timing
Both my parents transitioned within two years and 15 days of each other. Both under 70. Both with me by their side.
Holding space for someone’s transition out of body changes you.
You learn that transformation isn’t a weekend workshop. It’s not a single session. It’s not one breakthrough that fixes everything.
Transformation is a spiral. A slow dance. A returning, again and again, to the truth beneath the layers.
When my mum was dying, she kept asking me: “How do you know all this?”
And I realized: It’s because I’ve walked through my own underworld. Not once, but dozens of times. With Love, Acceptance and expansion.
That’s when I knew.
I needed to create that kind of holding for others.
What Makes a Container Different Than Sessions
Here’s what I know now that I didn’t know before:
Single sessions offer moments. Containers offer momentum.
In a single session, I can:
- Take you into a consciousness journey
- Help you meet your future self (amongst many many other options)
- Clear an energetic block
- Give you a powerful experience
But I can’t:
- Hold you when the integration gets hard
- Help you navigate the week when your entire reality feels upside down because you remembered something your ego wasn’t ready for
- Support your nervous system as it learns to hold higher frequencies
- Witness you through multiple cycles of expansion and contraction
- Celebrate the small, unsexy (or maybe sexy) shifts that actually create lasting change (actually sexy as you being your whole magnificent self is bloody sexy)
- Be there when you forget your magnificence (because you will, and that’s normal)
A container gives you all of that.
It’s not just more sessions. It’s a field. An energetic holding that stays with you between our sessions. A steady presence that says: “I see you. I’m here. You’re not alone in this becoming.”
Why I Only Take 5-6 Souls Per Year
I could take more clients. I could run group programs. I could scale.
But I won’t.
Because this work is not transactional. It’s relational.
When you’re in my container, I hold your frequency in my field for 9 months. I’m dreaming about your soul. My guides are talking to your guides. I’m noticing patterns, receiving downloads, and feeling into what wants to emerge for you next.
I can only do that authentically for 5-6 souls at a time.
More than that, and my presence dilutes. The magic weakens. The holding becomes surface.
I’d rather serve 5 people profoundly than 50 people adequately.
The Container Honors All of You

Some sessions, you need consciousness work—traveling to parallel lives, meeting your future self, connecting to your cosmic home.
Other sessions, your body is screaming for attention—crystal healing and massage.
Some days, you just need to talk. Soul conversation. Witnessed presence. Someone who sees you completely and reflects your truth back.
In the container, we follow your soul’s unfolding—not a rigid curriculum.
Your guides and mine determine what happens each session. Sometimes we plan one thing and end up doing something completely different because that’s what’s needed in that moment.
That flexibility? That responsiveness? That’s only possible in a container.

When I stopped offering singles and committed to container-only work, I was terrified.
What if no one says yes? What if people think I’m too expensive? Too exclusive? Too much?
