Discover and embrace the version of yourself that is calling you because they have wisdom, knowledge, and experiences to share with you so you can walk your highest purpose and take the most divine next steps of your path.

This journey is absolutely wonderful as a younger or older self or the self that made that other decision, are waiting to let you know about their experiences and how to live more in your truest expression. You might have wisdom and guidance for them. This is often beautiful with inner child work.

Skill Embodiment

Integrate spiritual skills into your everyday life to enhance your spiritual practice and personal growth. Especially wonderful for empaths to remember and embody their soul’s gifts so as to stop the overwhelm and disconnection from self that occurs when absorbing all the energies around you. This is a must in my opinion for empaths and highly sensitive people. Connecting to the empathy skills of your soul and why you brought them forward this lifetime, and then we embody three tools for empaths: observe not absorb, know what is yours and what is someone else’s and energetic discernment.

For me after this journey, I discovered how linked empathy and telepathy are, after realising I didn’t just absorb energy after me but I also hear other people’s inner chatter. I hear conversations about me, which creates a negative and low vibration cycle. This was not helpful with dealing and healing from the marriage breakdown and my children’s Dad thinking of me as the wicked witch from the west. It amplified my unhealthy view of him which negatively impacted my interactions with him. This was not good for me or my children. Once I realised I was picking up the negativity being spoken about me and the negative energy being thrown at me from him, I could protect and boundary myself, which has transformed my relationship with him.

It also massively helped me with healing and nurturing my relationship with myself foremost, and my mum who had narcissistic coping strategies. I knew from a soul level the choice I needed to make as it was in my and her highest good. While on a human level it could be perceived as ‘mean’ – I cut contact with her for some time. Her higher self and spirit team showed up to communicate with me that they were seriously frustrated with her soul not progressing this lifetime. I’ve chosen to help her over many lifetimes, and they said no more, next lifetime bigger guns are coming as her soul isn’t learning. For her soul to progress she needed to experience the pain of the disruption to our relationship. I remember saying when the facilitator asked me how I felt, “Jessie feels utter relief.” And boy did I feel that relief in the journey and to this day. The healing that this gave me, allowed me to be her biggest most loving advocate during her soul’s transition.
